These Terms govern your use of the Vibe Guard apps and browser extension provided by BTS Innovations LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using Vibe Guard, you agree to these Terms.
Vibe Guard estimates and displays AI token usage and cost from your connected accounts and your own devices. Numbers are close, honest estimates based on each provider's published rates and your local logs — they are informational and may differ from your provider's official billing.
Vibe Guard Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription: Weekly ($3.99), Monthly ($9.99), or Yearly ($79.99) in U.S. dollars; prices in other regions are set by the App Store. Your chosen plan renews automatically at the price above until cancelled.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
Don't misuse the service: no reverse-engineering for the purpose of cloning, no unlawful use, and no attempts to disrupt the service or other users.
Vibe Guard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Usage and cost figures are estimates and are not a substitute for your provider's official billing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these Terms; we will update the date above and post the new version here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
